By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 8aceotp platform (the "Platform"), you ("User," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease all use of the 8aceotp Platform. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

These Terms apply to all users of the 8aceotp Platform, including visitors, registered members, and any other persons who access or use the Platform in any capacity. By using 8aceotp, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the 8aceotp Platform or any affiliated platform;
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by 8aceotp or any relevant regulatory authority.

By registering on 8aceotp, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. 8aceotp reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or close your account if eligibility requirements are not met or can no longer be confirmed.

To access the full range of services offered by 8aceotp, you must create a registered account. The following terms govern the registration and maintenance of your account:

3.1 Registration Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and any other information required by 8aceotp. You further agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

3.2 One Account Policy. Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on the 8aceotp Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. 8aceotp reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated balances.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party. 8aceotp will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC). 8aceotp is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. You agree to provide any documents requested for KYC purposes, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on your account, including suspension of withdrawal privileges.

3.5 Account Closure. You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting 8aceotp customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (subject to applicable verification and withdrawal requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

All financial transactions on the 8aceotp Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 8aceotp currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO (Banco de Oro), and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at 8aceotp's discretion.

4.2 Deposit Limits. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed within the Platform's cashier section. These limits may vary by payment method and account verification status. 8aceotp reserves the right to modify deposit limits at any time.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance review. 8aceotp aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes displayed in the cashier section. GCash withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval during business hours, though processing times may vary.

4.4 Withdrawal Requirements. Before a withdrawal can be processed, you must: (a) have completed KYC verification; (b) have met any applicable bonus wagering requirements; and (c) have a verified payment method on file that matches your registered account details.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering. 8aceotp is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit. 8aceotp reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal and to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities as required by Philippine law.

8aceotp offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

5.1 Wagering Requirements. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as "playthrough requirements") before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated for each promotion. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility. Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 8aceotp reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion. Players who have self-excluded or who are subject to account restrictions are not eligible for bonuses.

5.3 One Bonus at a Time. Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously may result in cancellation of all active bonuses.

5.4 Abuse of Promotions. 8aceotp reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, collusion, use of automated software, or any other activity deemed to be in bad faith.

5.5 Modification of Promotions. 8aceotp reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to your account, subject to the applicable terms of that specific promotion.

8aceotp is committed to providing a fair and transparent gaming environment. The following terms govern gameplay on the Platform:

6.1 Random Number Generation. All games offered on the 8aceotp Platform that rely on random outcomes use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are independently determined and are not influenced by previous results, bet sizes, or any other external factors.

6.2 Game Rules. Each game available on the 8aceotp Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the rules of any game before placing wagers. 8aceotp is not responsible for losses incurred due to a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

6.3 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or game interruption, 8aceotp reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant players. The decision of 8aceotp in such matters is final. No compensation will be paid for losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the return of the original stake.

6.4 Bet Limits. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. 8aceotp reserves the right to modify bet limits at any time.

6.5 Disputed Results. If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must contact 8aceotp customer support within 72 hours of the disputed event. Claims submitted after this period may not be considered. 8aceotp's decision on disputed game results is final and binding.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 8aceotp Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one account;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform;
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or systems;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or 8aceotp staff;
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming.

8.1 Suspension by 8aceotp. 8aceotp reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or any other conduct deemed harmful to the Platform or its users.

8.2 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account, your right to access and use the Platform ceases immediately. Any pending bets at the time of termination will be settled in accordance with the applicable game rules. Withdrawal of remaining balances will be subject to 8aceotp's review and compliance procedures.

8.3 Voluntary Closure. You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons, please inform our support team so that appropriate self-exclusion measures can be applied.

8.4 Dormant Accounts. An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. 8aceotp reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts as specified in the Platform's fee schedule. You will be notified before any inactivity fee is applied.

All content on the 8aceotp Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and compilation of the Platform (collectively, the "Content"), is the property of 8aceotp or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. 11.1 No Warranty. The 8aceotp Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

11.2 Limitation. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 8aceotp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if 8aceotp has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11.3 Maximum Liability. In no event shall 8aceotp's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 8aceotp account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.4 Force Majeure. 8aceotp shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, or third-party service failures.

8aceotp collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines.

By registering on the 8aceotp Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. This includes data collected during registration, KYC verification, financial transactions, and your use of the Platform's features and services.

8aceotp reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered users via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

14.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute between you and 8aceotp arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. 14.3 Jurisdiction. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

14.4 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
